Tomorrow we start 10 days at the the Southampton Boat Show. This is the third year that we have had a stand at this very prestigious boat show and the second year on our own stand selling Mr Ds Thermal Cookers. You will find us on stand B038 opposite the entrance to the Holiday Inn.
On our stand we will have Mr D’s Thermal Cookers, top pots, bread tins, cake tins, carry bags and my Thermal Cookbook which has now sold over 1,500 copies worldwide.
Each day I will be demonstrating how to cook in the a Mr D’s Thermal Cooker and around lunchtime there will be a chance to taste what I prepared in the morning.
If you are interested in how to cook either bread or cakes in a thermal cooker I will be happy to explain how this is done and show you examples.
We will also have a large range of Paramapara spices available on our stand. These genuine Indian spice mixes (not like your normal Indian Take Away) are ready to cook and ideal for use in a Mr D’s Thermal Cooker.
Paramapara spice mixes are: Gluten free – contain no hydrogenated veg fat – no MSG – no chemical preservatives – no artificial colour. They are 100% natural and veggie friendly.
You cannot buy these spice mixes in major supermarkets so if you want the real taste of India why not give our stand a visit.
We will be doing a special deal on the Mr D’s Thermal Cooker so if you don’t already own one it is worth popping by.
I do hope that you can join us at the show as we would love to see you.

Yesterday was sorting everything out as we had just got back from the Malvern Show. The show was very good even though Friday is was very wet at times. This however did not put off the crowds and we met lots of lovely people many of who had bought Mr D’s Thermal Cookers from us at Newbury earlier in the year.
I made curry every day for people to taste and this went down very well. We will be doing this in future at all shows.
This weekend we will be in Nottingham at the Redhill Boat Show and Family Festival.
The address is:
Redhill Marina NG11 0EB.
If anyone lives near please pop in.
Here in Hampshire the weather does not look too good at the moment. Lets hope that when the rain comes it will be short lived, as today I am packing for the Western Motorhome Show at the Three Counties Showground in the Malvern Hills.
Following our success at the Ellingham & Ringwood Show last weekend where we sold out I will need to make sure that I take enough to Malvern.
Twice a day at Malvern I will be doing cooking demonstrations. I have not so far decided exactly what I will be cooking but there will be a vegetable curry and bread available to taste all day.
Every night I will be cooking the bread in my Mr D’s. It often amazes people that you can cook bread in a Mr D’s Thermal Cooker but it is very easy of you have the Mr D’s bread tin which will be available to buy on our stand.
If you are in the area please call in and see us.
The Western Motorhome Show is open to day visitors on Friday 17th, Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th August opening at 9.30am each day and closing at 5.00pm on Friday and Saturday, 4.30pm on Sunday. There is free parking and visitors will receive a free showguide on arrival.
