Instructions
  1. Put the meat in a suitable container (a food container or plastic bag) and season with salt and pepper. Add the flour and make sure the meat is covered by it. Leave to one side for later.
  2. Put the red pepper, tin of chopped tomatoes, smoked paprika, caraway seeds and cayenne pepper in a blender and blitz to a paste.
  3. Put the meat, onion, garlic, the paste and the plum tomatoes into the inner pot and mix.
  4. Pour in the beef stock and bring the inner pot to the boil.
  5. Put on the lid and keep it just on the boil for 5 minutes.
  6. Place the inner pot into the outer insulated container. Shut the lid and leave to slow cook without power for a minimum of 2 to 3 hours.
  7. When ready serve on a bed of rice with a good dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
