Wild Garlic

At last as we go into April the sun has got its hat on. It is becoming noticeable that the days are becoming longer and there are so many  more vegetables now available.

One of my favourites are Jersey Royals which although not cheap are something I can’t resist.

Out in the wild you should find wild garlic, wonderful in salads and soups, springing up among the bluebells.

The sea harvest is growing this month with oysters and a selection of fish now coming into our shores to add to the great variety of food now becoming available.
